Filed under: Uncategorized — Sandra @ 2:05 pm

The new report from RE/MAX of Western Canada shows Real Estate all over the country bucking the trend and getting back on track. The graphs are interesting, they show a 366.4% average increase in home sale prices from 1980 until 2009 for the entire country. In 1980 the average home in Canada sold for $67,024.00 and it now sells for $312,585.00

It’s snowing on the Mountain, check out the webcam link before it melts[ of course maybe it won't?]

Ski Hill Web Cam link

I just got back from a great weekend in Prince George promoting Hudson Bay Mountain Estates.   The positive feedback about the Mountain was great to hear.   The crew at the Ski Hill has really done a great job  because I met a lot of happy customers.    Our destination skier visits are only going to grow which is great for Smithers and the  Real Estate on the Mountain.   Keep your ears open for new developments as we are poised to release our cabin packages soon.

Over and Out,

Sandra

Ski Hill Road Improvements

Filed under: Hudson Bay Mountain — Sandra @ 4:02 pm

We took a drive up the Mountain on Sunday to deliver some firewood to the cabin and I just have to tell you about the Road.  If you haven’t seen it you should take a spin, what a difference!  Highways has been working all summer brushing and road widening.  The worse and most narrow stretches of the road are really improved.  A couple times I could hardly even recognize where I was.   Winter driving will be a lot safer, a big Thank-you to the Department of Highways.

Cheers,

Sandra
